1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all content hosted on https://designkida.com, including:

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that content on our Site infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a formal DMCA Takedown Notice.

3. Our Response Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, we will:

  • Expediently remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

  • Notify the content provider or user that the material has been removed.

  • Provide the content provider with a copy of the DMCA notice.

4. Submitting a Counter-Notice

If your content was removed but you believe it was done so by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a DMCA Counter-Notice.

Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

  2. Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it previously appeared.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your name, address, and telephone number.

  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or North Carolina, USA, if outside the U.S.).

  6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

Designkida takes intellectual property seriously. We reserve the right to terminate access to our Site, remove listings, or disable accounts for users who are deemed to be "repeat infringers." We define a repeat infringer as any user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice.

6. Important Legal Warning

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including attorney fees and costs.
