1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your item was marked as "Delivered" to request a return. Requests made after this 30-day window may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Condition: Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Appearance: Free of odors (perfume, smoke), pet hair, stains, or debris.

Packaging: Must include all original tags and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, personalized/custom-made items, and "Final Sale" products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. How to Start a Return

Email Us: Contact our support team at support@designkida.com.

Provide Details: Include your Full Name, Order Number, and the Reason for the return. (Attaching photos helps speed up the process!)

Approval: Our team will review your request within 24–48 business hours.

Ship It Back: If approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Do not send items back to the manufacturer or the address on the package without prior approval.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: If you are returning an item due to "change of mind," "wrong size chosen," or "no longer needed," you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Designkida Responsibility: If the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or the wrong item was shipped, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
5. Refunds & Processing

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Payment Method: Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method (PayPal).

Timeline: Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size/color of the same product. Exchanges are subject to current stock availability. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Verified claims will receive a free replacement or a full refund immediately.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages

In-Transit Loss: If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, we will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund.

Delivered but Missing: Designkida is not responsible for stolen packages once the carrier marks them as "Delivered." We recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or reviewing security footage.
9. International Returns (Canada & UK)

Fees: Customs duties, VAT, or import fees paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable.
