1. Scope of This Policy

2. How to Submit an Intellectual Property Claim
If you believe your IP rights have been violated, please submit a formal claim to our compliance team. To be considered valid, your request must include the following:

B. Proof of Ownership

D. Formal Declarations
You must include the following statements in your email:

4. Our Review Process
Upon receiving a valid claim, Designkida will:

Review: Evaluate the provided evidence within 3–5 business days.

Action: Temporarily disable or remove the contested content while the investigation is ongoing.

Notification: Notify the party responsible for the content regarding the claim.

Resolution: Permanently remove content found to be infringing or reinstate content if a valid counter-notification is received.
5. Counter-Notification Procedure
If your content was removed and you believe you have the legal right to use it, you may submit a Counter-Notification. This must include proof of authorization or ownership and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in the United States.
If the original claimant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days of receiving your counter-notice, we may restore the removed material.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
Designkida maintains a strict policy for repeat offenders. Any user or vendor found to have multiple verified IP violations will have their access permanently terminated and their listings removed from our platform.
7. Legal Warning & Misuse
Submitting a false or fraudulent IP claim is a serious matter. Under various international laws, you may be held liable for damages (including costs and attorney fees) if you knowingly misrepresent that a product or activity is infringing.
