1. Order Processing Time
All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment. This includes quality inspections, packaging, and preparing your items for the carrier.

Business Days: Monday – Saturday (excluding Sundays and U.S. holidays).

Daily Cut-Off Time: 7:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

Note: Processing may take longer during high-volume seasons, sales events, or severe weather.
2. Shipping Destinations & Flat Rates
We use a straightforward flat-rate shipping model. Costs are based on the destination country and do not change based on weight or distance.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery time begins after your order has been processed and dispatched.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

Carrier Information.
Please allow 24 – 48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status after the package has been scanned.
5. Address Accuracy & Responsibility

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Designkida is not liable for items lost due to misspelled addresses, missing apartment numbers, or incorrect zip codes.

Return to Sender: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees will apply.

Rerouting: Packages cannot be rerouted once they are in transit.
6. International Duties, Taxes & Fees
For customers in Canada and the United Kingdom:

You may be subject to VAT, Import Duties, or Customs Fees levied by your local government.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.

Customs delays are beyond our control and do not qualify for order cancellations or shipping refunds.
7. Delivery Issues & Damaged Goods

Risk of Loss: Once the package is transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.

Marked as "Delivered": If tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot find the package, please check with neighbors or local bưu cục. We cannot issue refunds for orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, contact support@designkida.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged product.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
