1. Time-Sensitive Nature of Requests

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment team.

  • Cancellations and changes are NOT guaranteed. * Once an order has entered the "Processing" or "Shipped" stage, we can no longer stop it or modify any details.

  • All requests are handled on a best-effort basis.


2. How to Request a Cancellation

If you change your mind, please contact us immediately.

  1. Email: support@designkida.com

  2. Subject Line: Order Cancellation Request – [Your Order Number]

  3. Include: Your full name and the reason for cancellation.

Outcome:

  • If Approved: We will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method (PayPal).

  • If Shipped: We cannot cancel the order. You must wait to receive the package and then follow our [Return & Refund Policy].


3. How to Request a Change (Address, Size, or Item)

If you noticed an error in your shipping address or selected the wrong size/color, follow these steps:

  1. Email: support@designkida.com

  2. Subject Line: Order Change Request – [Your Order Number]

  3. Provide: The exact change needed (e.g., "Change shipping address to..." or "Change size from M to L").

Limitations:

  • We cannot change the shipping address once the carrier has received the package.

  • We cannot add items to an existing order (you will need to place a new order for additional items).

  • If a requested variant (size/color) is out of stock, we may have to cancel that item from your order.


4. Orders Already Shipped

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier:

  • No changes or cancellations can be made.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • You may accept the delivery and initiate a return, but you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.


5. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If we successfully cancel your order before it ships:

  • A refund will be issued to your PayPal account.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on PayPal's processing times.


6. Pre-Orders & Backorders

For items marked as Pre-Order or Backorder, you may cancel your order at any time before it enters the final shipping preparation phase. Once the "shipment processing" notification is sent, standard cancellation rules apply.


7. Customer Responsibility

To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please:

  • Double-check your shipping address and contact information.

  • Review the items in your cart (size, color, quantity) before clicking "Submit."

  • Designkida is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer or for incorrect items ordered by mistake.
